Yes. JARCUN Lawn Mowing is owner-operated, meaning you deal directly with me - the person who provides the service. I take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work with honest pricing.

Every standard lawn mowing service includes:

• Lawn mowing
• Edging
• Blowing and tidy-up

Additional services, such as weed spray, are available on request.

I offer straight forward and transparent pricing:

• Small lawn: $60
• Medium lawn: $90
• Large lawn: $120
• Extra-large lawns: Quote required

Overgrown lawns or additional work may incur extra charges, which will always be discussed before work begins.

Yes. Regular or ongoing lawn maintenance is available, and discounted pricing may apply for scheduled services.
Regular service pricing is discussed and confirmed separately.

To provide an accurate quote, I ask that you:

1. Send a photo of your lawn, and
2. Provide the property address
3. Submit HERE 

This allows me to assess lawn size and condition and offer a fast, no-obligation quote.

No, you don’t need to be home, as long as:

• Clear access is available to the lawn areas
• Gates are unlocked
• All animals are safely restrained or inside

Please ensure:

• Lawn areas are clear of debris (hoses, toys, rubbish, pet waste)
• Access to front and rear lawns is unobstructed
• Pets are secured

This helps ensure the service is completed safely and efficiently.

Yes. JARCUN Lawn Mowing is fully insured for public liability, giving you peace of mind while work is carried out on your property.

Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme heat, or unsafe working conditions.
If this occurs, I’ll contact you to arrange the next suitable service date. No cancellation fees apply where rescheduling is due to weather. 

I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Weed spray is available on request and charged as an additional service.

Where weed spray is applied:

• Appropriate herbicides are used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and Australian safety guidelines

Customers are responsible for ensuring people and pets stay clear of treated areas until safe to re-enter.

Prepayment is required unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms will be outlined on your quote or invoice. 

Payment by card is accepted and incurs a card processing fee.

Direct Deposit online is also available. Bank account details are located on both your Quote and Invoice.

You can book by:

• Submitting a quote request and accepting your quote online via the link provided by email and SMS, this is preferred.
• Calling or sending an SMS to 0404 502 799.

In most cases, quotes are provided based on photos.
If a site visit is required, this can be arranged by contacting me directly.
